yOur Dragon Body – Multidisciplinary Exhibition & Events
Helena Sophia Equinox is a multidisciplinary artist, dancer and ceremonialist.
She weaves together movement, words, sculpture, visual arts and sound — honed over a decade of experiential practice with dance, nature connection, sacred healing modalities, embroidery, textiles and natural dyes. Depth of process, listening and attention to detail are foundational to the creation of her wholistic worlds of sensitive engagement, immersive performance and space holding.

Wednesday 6th Dec, 6.30-8.30pm : I am Weaver. I am Web. – Guided by Woven Circle & Helena Sophia Equinox (£30)
An introduction to embodied Shamanic practice, oracular arts & seership. Remember from the inside out through body. The body is my teacher; my body is portal, threshold, gateway. Journey through Shamanic practices rooted in or emerging from The Path of Pollen to embody memories of weaver, web and the melt between.
Thursday 7th Dec, 7-8.30pm : Anim[al]ism : A Dance Journey – Guided by Helena Sophia Equinox (£15)
A dance journey. Improvisation as deep listening across bodies. Movement as wisdom gathering and cross-dimensional bodily relating. Leading you into your animal bodies as listening receptors, emitters, translators for Nature bodies, elemental energies and sacred relations.
Saturday 9th Dec : 1-3pm : yOur Sensuous Body – Guided by Aisha Paris Smith (Somatic Coach) & Helena Sophia Equinox (£30)
Creating arts from a place of somatic depths, from the inside out. Let the body speak and learn the wisdoms of yOur Dragon Body. Aisha Paris Smith is a somatic coach specialising in sexuality and the care of our bodies; an advocate for bodily wisdom. This is not a sexuality focused event, but a sensuality focused event — leaning into the aliveness, subtleties and power of the bodily voice. There will be an opportunity to be witnessed in your art and expression if you choose to.
Saturday 9th Dec : 7pm – Late : Immersive Arts & Soul Food : ‘All The [Land] Bodies I Am’ (£45)
Experience a multidisciplinary immersive art & movement piece with Helena Sophia Equinox — honouring and embodying the [land] bodies we are.
Then be guided into a ceremonial soul food experience with Gabriel Soul Kitchen. Working with locally sourced ingredients we exchange with our local land bodies through this perception shifting and intentional relating experience.
Sunday 10th Dec : 11am – 12 midday – Children’s Dragon Bodies – Guided by Helena Sophia Equinox (Free – booking required)
Dragon crafting circle for kids. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Sunday 10th Dec : 2-4pm – Ceremonial Threads – Guided by Helena Sophia Equinox (£30)
Embroidering harmonious realities. A textile workshop to create your own piece that’s woven with intention.
Midwifing creation energies into being through cloth & threads, fabric & weave, intentionality & anchoring.
Sunday 10th Dec : 4.30-6pm – Sound Alchemy & Closing Ceremony – Guided by Bee Resonance & Helena Sophia Equinox (£30)
Intention casting for yOur Dragon Body – Our Collective Body. An invitation to plant seeds in ceremonial space, and allow sound to catalyse them.
There will be an offering of a sacred plant ally.
