This term we will continue to journey into discovering your body through the language of Yoga and touch-informed movement to deeply enliven your sense of wholeness. Through connecting with our skin, fascia, muscle and bone we learn to move naturally, to find our body as part of a cosmology. This is what I’d like to explore more fully through this season: what is this cosmology for us individually and collectively? My teaching comes from years of teaching the Scaravelli approach to yoga, mantra meditation, Jungian body-soul work and Contact Improvisation dance.
