GALA Dinner & Dance £55.00
This special night brings together art, music, fire, and flavour in a truly immersive setting.
Our two course dinner will be created by a celebrated local forager-chef, The Gatherer, whose menu is inspired by the wild and seasonal abundance of the land. Expect a thoughtfully curated, predominantly vegetarian feast that celebrates freshly gathered ingredients, inventive flavours, and the beauty of plant-based dining.
As the evening unfolds, the atmosphere will shift from candlelit dining to vibrant celebration. Live music from Ruth Blake will set the tone before the dance floor comes alive with an electrifying Caribbean dance set from DJ Souls Liberation, delivered through an incredible sound system designed to move both body and spirit.

Step outside to gather around the open fire beneath the night sky, herbal cocktail in hand, and soak in the warmth of good company and glowing embers.
This is more than a dinner. It’s a sensory experience — a gathering of community, creativity, and celebration in one extraordinary space.
